What happens to the information I give you?
Any personal information supplied to us for your personalized gifts is used only to process your order and will be kept confidential. We will not release your name, email address or other information to other parties.
What if I want more than one gift with the same information?
To have more than one gift personalized with the exact same information, just change the quantity in the PayPal shopping cart to pay for the number of gifts you wish to receive.
Can I change the personalization information I submitted?
Please be careful when you fill out the personalization form for the gifts you order and correct any mistakes before submitting your order. If you realize you made a mistake when you filled out the personalization form, please immediately. (You must have JavaScript enabled to be able to use all email links on this website.)
How will I know that my order has been received?
You will receive a confirmation email stating that your order has been received. Please contact us if you do not receive an order confirmation within 24 hours.
How long until I will receive my order?
That depends on the shipping method you choose. Orders for most items are shipped out within 5-7 business days after payment has been received. It is clearly stated on the product pages for products that take longer to personalize.

If you choose the regular shipping option, the US Post Office estimates it will take anywhere from 2 to 9 days to receive your order. If you choose the Rush Order option, the US Post Office estimates it will take 2 to 4 days for you to receive your order after processing.

What Countries do you ship orders to?
Currently we only ship orders inside USA. We are working on shipping to other countries. If you are in another country, please and ask about shipping to your specific country.

What is your return policy?
The personalized items are produced with the answers that you provide through our online order forms, exactly as you entered them. We encourage you to carefully check the spelling in the order form before you submit an order - this includes proper capitalization of names and locations. We will not be able to refund or replace your purchase as a result of your spelling errors.

A return policy on personalized items is extremely difficult to provide, as the item is specifically created for an individual and cannot be resold. It is our goal that all of our customers be happy and completely satisfied with the gifts they receive. Therefore we provide the following return policy:
What if Ann's Personalized gifts makes a mistake?
It does not happen often since two people proofread all gifts before they are shipped to you, but in the event that we make a mistake, we will correct and replace the gift for you at no charge.
What if I supply you with the wrong information?

Am I required to pay sales tax?
You are only required to pay sales tax if we are shipping the gift to a Texas address. Shipping to any other state does not require tax. PayPal will automatically add Sales Tax to all orders shipped to a Texas address.
What if a gift I order is out of stock?
If a gift you order is out of stock, we will notify you by email when we receive your order. It will take approximately 7 days longer if your gift is not in stock. If you would like to choose a different gift, simply let us know in your reply email.
